High-End Workshop on SCIENCE COMMUNICATION FOR BEGINNERS
The fundamental objective of this workshop is to introduce participants to the concept and various aspects of science communication, bring to them the significance of dissemination of scientific information in increasing the level of scientific awareness of the country’s citizens and in the progress of the country.
Master students (2nd year) [Stream: Science/Science communication/Mass communication students and Ph.D. students (1st year) in science from any Indian college and University.
There is no registration fee for this workshop. The total number of shortlisted participants for attending this workshop will be 25 (as per SERB guideline). The candidate has to submit an endorsement letter from their Head of the Department indicating their enrolment with the Institute along with a brief Statement of Purpose for attending this workshop. CSIR-NIScPR reserves the rights to devise well defined shortlisting criteria for selecting the participants.
